Bottom Line | A glorified backpack with ample space and a design that may appeal to dads | A small, unassuming bag with tons of organizational potential and a high-quality feel | An affordable diaper bag that offers handy features, but the straps are not the most comfortable | A diaper bag alternative that saves space and minimizes overpacking, but it won't hold everything you need for a full day | Backpack style diaper bag with roomy pockets and a budget-friendly price tag, but it is lower quality and may not last |

The HighSpeedDaddy offers plenty of storage space and pockets, making it one to consider if you tend to overpack, have multiple children, or need plenty of room to pack diapering essentials and gear for a jammed pack day ahead. We packed diapers, wipes, snacks, one of our favorite baby bottles, sippy cups, a blanket, a baby's jacket, and more, and there was room for more.
The overall quality of this bag is excellent. We noticed no construction flaws or issues with stitching or zippers, which is better than some contenders that showed signs of quality issues before much use. The exterior material feels durable, and we think it can endure the wear and tear of use over time. Similar to a high-quality standard backpack, the bag's backside and shoulder straps are padded, plus an adjustable sternum strap and waist strap for additional support for hours of schlepping the bag around.
The bag's front has a Velcro section to display hook and loop patches to add style and personality if you're interested in purchasing these accessories. HighSpeedDaddy offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for any defects in material or workmanship for the bag's life. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, they will replace it at their discretion.
Dislikes
The HighSpeed Daddy's insulated pockets didn't perform as well as we had hoped. We placed a baby bottle with milk straight from the refrigerator into one of the pockets and took its internal temperature four hours later. The milk went from an internal temperature of 38 degrees to 61 degrees, and we think this temperature difference is too significant to consider the pocket's insulation useful.
The HighSpeedDaddy is boxy and big, and its weight and dimensions are heavier and larger than most of the competition. Therefore, it may be overkill for quick outings with your little one. Plus, tossing it into your stroller's storage bin may be a struggle, whereas smaller and more compact options can be swift to stash and don't take up as much room. The bag offers stroller straps, but we don't recommend hanging any diaper bag from a stroller for safety reasons, as it can increase the potential for a stroller to tip. We suggest measuring your stroller's bin to see if this bag will fit when packed and loaded, or you'll have to wear this bag while out and about.
We wish the integrated wipes pocket were placed in a different location on the bag as the weight of baby wipes can cause the bag to fall over, mainly if there's not enough weight inside the bag's main compartment. Also, getting a package of favorite baby wipes through the elasticated opening of the pocket was a little tricky. But, the pocket's design kept our wipes protected and covered.
Also, while the changing pad is machine washable, we could not find information on the bag or the company's website regarding its care instructions.
Should You Buy the HighSpeedDaddy?
The HighSpeedDaddy is essentially a glorified backpack with features and extra pockets that make diaper changes and life on the go with your baby more manageable. Compared to other options in the competition, we think this bag may appeal to the dad crowd, and considering the bag's construction, we can see it lasting beyond the diapering years. Consider this option if you need extra space for long days with multiple activities or packing gear for more than one child.
What Other Diaper Bags Should You Consider?
The Ju-Ju-Be Be Right Back is a higher-ranking contender and one of our favorite diaper bags. It offers excellent organization, functionality, and high-quality construction. And, if you need another reason to love this bag, the entire thing is machine washable, whereas the HighSpeedDaddy is not.
