Concern/Hazard
The sliding chest-clip strap can detach from the shoulder strap, posing a fall hazard to the child in the carrier.
Confirmed Incidents
There have been three reports where the chest strap has detached from the carrier spontaneously. These reports include one incident of the baby falling out of the carrier. No injuries have been reported yet.
Remedy
The company is offering a replacement carrier or a refund for the purchase price. They will contact all registered users directly. You should stop using the carrier immediately to avoid injuries or related issues.
